- AI as co-workers. We integrate AI tools natively into every engagement — from code generation and data analysis to architecture review and documentation. This multiplies our output without multiplying your bill.

2. Monthly Retainers
Commit to a block of hours each month and receive a loyalty discount on the $199/hr base rate. Unused hours do not roll over.

If you use more hours than your monthly block, additional time is billed at the same discounted hourly rate of your current tier.
However, if your usage reaches the number of hours included in the next tier, your billing automatically adjusts to that tier — ensuring you always receive the best possible rate.
