For clients with ongoing or recurring needs, our retainer model offers committed monthly hours at a preferred rate. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance.
Retainer
5 Hours / Month
Best for ad-hoc support, quick turnarounds, and periodic questions. Includes a 5-hour committed monthly block with a preferred hourly rate applied.
Partner Retainer
10 Hours / Month
Best for active development projects and regular weekly work. Includes a 10-hour committed monthly block with an enhanced preferred rate.
Premium Partner Retainer
20 Hours / Month
Best for embedded team members and strategic initiatives. Includes a 20-hour monthly commitment with the maximum preferred rate discount.
Additional hours beyond your monthly block are billed at the same discounted rate for your tier. If your usage reaches the next tier's threshold, billing automatically adjusts to that tier — so you always get the best rate. If you exceed 20 hours/month, additional hours are billed at the lowest available rate.

Rush Work Policy
Need a fast turnaround? We accommodate emergency and 48-hour-turnaround work. Rush engagements carry a clearly disclosed premium rate — communicated and agreed upon before any work begins. No surprises.
Cancellation Terms
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule planned work. This ensures fair planning for both sides.
Deliverable Ownership
Source code and all deliverables are released to you upon final payment. Everything you commission belongs to you.
